In what we think is a world-first, Von Hertzen Brothers have a made a strictly limited-edition line of merchandise using their own recycled clothes! According to Kie Von Hertzen:
“We sat down to think of something new and special to offer our fans, and came up with the idea of recycling our own jeans, shirts and guitar strings as material for this kind of collection. For example, some parts of the items come from a shirt Mikko used on our first gig in Tavastia in 2001 and the very vest he wore on stage in Provinssirock 2008, as well as an old pair of jeans I used myself when traveling in Latin America for six months.”
These are unique and recycled Von Hertzen Brothers items. All used materials are 100% recycled of the band members’ used jeans, shirts, linen and other textiles. All recycled products have been produced by using all possible materials with making as little cuttings as possible. The common factor with all the recycled clothes used is that they’ve been used by the band in promo shoots and on stage. This limited edition collection is available exclusively in Backstage Rock Shop.
